Can someone please help me. I feel as if HP is avoiding me, and trying to rip me off. At the end of 2021, I bought my laptop brand new, directly from the HP website. I bought the warranty (Care Pack) along with the laptop, so the receipt for my laptop also shows I purchased the warranty. But for some unknown reason, HP will not acknowledge my warranty. Any time I try and get into contact with anyone about this issue, including putting a dispute in, Error Message "500" pops up and this is exactly what it says: "We're sorry HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." It does not matter what day or time I try and do this, and I have been trying for a very very long time. Any time I call, or chat, the agent will say they do not know why this is happening, or that they do not handle that, so they transfer me to someone else- and that person will say the same thing. Then that agent will say they are escalating it, and someone will email and/or call me, but no one ever does. They also will never give me any support email, where I can send someone all my proof, as if they are purposely ripping me off. I emailed all the HP and HP Care Pack emails I received from purchasing the product, plus I googled "HP support emails" and sent emails to all the ones I could find, and I never received replies back from any of them. Please, can someone give me the email for warranty support, so I can send actual proof to someone who will actually see it, and respond back, please. I would also like the warranty support direct phone number and chat address also, please. Or at least a complaint number or email, where I will actually get a response. HP support has been absolutely awful, and unfair. Please, someone help me.
