Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tengo un HP 240 G8 al cual le instalé windows 10 en la instalación todo bien, pero el touchpad no funciona, ingresé a la pagina de soporte e instalé los controladores respectivos y sigue sin funcionar, alguien sabe de este error?
