Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Cordial saludo.

Formatee mi Hp Probook 6460b y ahora no me deja actualizar o instalar los controladores de Base del sistema los cuales son: 

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_161D103C&REV_30
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_161D103C
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_0880

 

y dispositivo desconocido los cuales son:

USB\VID_138A&PID_003C&REV_0086
USB\VID_138A&PID_003C

 

Ya copie los Id en el navegador, intente descargarlos desde la página de Hp, pero no me ha sido posible descargarlos, si alguien me puede colaborar. se lo agradezco, y si me pueden dar una explicación de la importancia de dichos Drivers para el funcionamiento del equipo.
