I replaced my storage because it's already full but my technician told me that i need to reinstall all the drivers myself. So i went to hp website to download this "HPSupportSolutionsFramework-13.0.1.131" but it seems that my hp drivers are still incomplete since I can't install the "HP Desktop Support Utilities", and "AMD Radeon Software" since it says that "The product couldn't be installed due to some missing dependencies. Make sure these drivers are installed: 'HP_Development_Company,_L.P.-HPDSUExtension.inf','HP_Development_Company,_L.P.-HPDSUSoftwareComponent.inf'."
Then, I downloaded the HP Support Assistant hoping it will help but when I installed it, I can't click it so I checked the installed apps in my PC and the storage it occupies is 0 bytes so I think it was corrupted. I tried to uninstall and reinstall many times but result is still the same.
Also, my windows updated to ver. 25h2 and I also don't have HP Support Assistant Service in my services
Additionally, my omen gaming hub can't be open so i uninstalled it and now i can't also download it back from microsoft store
So, can anyone help me,? Thank you!

Hi @Ric_831,
Thank you for responding.
I am glad to hear that you were able to install HP Support Assistant successfully. To properly reinstall the drivers, the first step is to uninstall the existing drivers from your system.
Once the uninstallation is complete, restart the computer to ensure all components are fully removed.
After that, you can proceed with reinstalling the drivers using HP Support Assistant or by downloading the latest versions directly from the HP website.
Take care and have an amazing day!

Hi @Ric_831,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
It seems you are experiencing issues with the installation of particular HP drivers and software, which could be due to missing dependencies. Here are some steps that might help you resolve these issues
Complete Software Installation:
- Ensure that all the necessary Windows updates are installed. Sometimes, missing Windows updates might prevent other software from installing properly.
- Try reinstalling the HP Support Solutions Framework to ensure that it sets up the environment correctly for installing other HP software.
Direct Driver Downloads: If the HP Support Assistant does not resolve the issue, try manually downloading and installing the drivers from the HP support page:
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter your product name or number to get a list of applicable drivers for your device.
- Download and install the necessary drivers, particularly focusing on chipset drivers and graphics drivers such as the AMD Radeon Software.
Take care and have an amazing day!

Hi, thanks for replying.
Currently, I successfully installed the HP Assistant out of all the applications I failed to download in Microsoft Store. I checked the app and it says that my drivers are all up to date so, I tried to go to the link that you provided and there's no option for Windows 25h which is the new update in windows so I chose the 24h2 instead. Still, it says that my drivers and updated. But, in case of reinstalling this drivers, does it need to be uninstalled first or I can just reinstall it without doing anything?
