Cortana and microsoft edge not working

Both cortana & microsoft edge stopped working.. Can do nothing with the laptop. I think u should have chat with the os otherwise new users like me who love hp for their reputation will move away.

You misunderstand our function entirely.

First off, this is just a community self-help forum staffed mostly by volunteers.  We have no capability of having a "chat" with Microsoft about anything.

Second, if Cortana and Edge are not work, those are Microsoft apps and the repair is up to them, not to HP.  HP has nothing to do at all with those apps working or not.
