YEAHHHHHHh... I wanted to download something but it took me to a page and then I pressed download and it asked me all the *wanna make changes to this computer* type of things. Turns out, someone probably put in a fake link and BOOM. now stupid Chromium is there and so is another app. A little browser thing popped up on the top of my screen. I closed them and uninstalled them but everything is so glitchy and stuff. Halp. 😭😰

You probably used a BOGUS link to install something known as a PUP -- Potentially Unwanted Program.
There are literally THOUSANDS of these and we have no way of providing instructions for each and every one to remove them.
Your best bet is to write down the name of what is being displayed on the screen and then do an online Google search on that name, focused on removing it. There are generally posts that provide detailed instructions about such stuff.
