Hey,

my cursor is randomly jumping on my notebook and is not controllable. However, when I press the windows key, it stops. When I press the windows bar again, the cursor begins to jump randomly. This program occurs with almost all programs (Chrome, Microsoft Word, ...). I cannot just solve it temporarly if I close and reopen the notebook. However, it just lasts temporarly.

I saw this issue several times in the community chat, but no answer has helped so far.

I used an external mouse, I deactivated the touchpad and the touchscreen, I updated all my drivers, I resetted my notebook. Nothing helped...

Has someone actually a solution that really helps and solves this issue ?

Thanks a lot in advance !
