Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
When I type in an email or using word, my cursor inexplicably jumps around when my hands are resting on the side of the mouse. I called support (and I have an extended HP Care Pack Service warranty) and was told it was a third party application problem. I wanted to send my laptop in to be looked at and I was told I could pay more money to a different department and they "might" be able to help. I feel completely defrauded by HP when all I get is referrals to spend more money on what I imagine is another useless service.
