Their customer service page(s) sent me into a feedback loop. My questions were not answered by FAQs and needed real assistance, which was not made available on their website at all. I found a number via google and called, although was quickly disconnected considering I didn't have an already opened case. I used my printer to print out orders for my business, and when it stopped functioning, we lost money and customers. The lack of professionalism from HP will absolutely be something I remember. They cost me time, energy, and valuable customers. I will not buy from them again.

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.
