The worst experience ever. I just got **bleep**ed up by HP and it's customer service. Due to their glitch, I couldn't place an order, so I contacted chat support; the agent did something and suggested I pay via financing. I asked her if I can avail the financing immediately, she said "yes". Then after trying multiple times, she said to "log out & log-in again". I did accordingly but the same thing. Then she said it would take 14 days to review my financing application, so I needed to order using the card. I did that but my cart got blocked. I was utterly frustrated, so I contacted another agent and told her to help me place the order. This lady started offering me a 3-year plan instead of a 2-year plan. When I said I was not interested and I would instead place the existing order, she again began to convince me to buy a 3-year plan. To my utter horror, she couldn't unlock my cart. She sent me a secure link to pay, which I did, and then again started sending the same link. This is horrible! I just wasted one precious hour of my life for nothing. Never going to shop from HP!

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I completely understand how upsetting it must be to go through all of this just to place an order. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have.

 

If you have a case ID, please share it with me via private message so I can look into it and escalate this for you. I want to make sure we get this resolved as soon as possible.
