HP Recommended

I found nowhere else to leave a google review but I absolutely had to write one so here is my input from my interaction with HP company today. Jewle is an absolute angel in the HP Instant Ink Service Department. I was on call for over an hour and a half getting rerouted and transferred between every single department, I finally ended up with Jewle and no only did she actually have a kind attitude and good customer service but she apologized for the mistreatment by her colleges; she solved my problem with my printer with me quickly and efficiently. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. If I were the higher ups in HP she would be getting a very generous raise because she is just absolutely phenomenal. Thank you again Jewle for all your help today, God bless!
