Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an LG external burner using Cyberlink  media suite 10 software to burn DVD.   I would put a DVD in  the LG burner of something I wanted to burn a copy of. It would copy and then said to put a blank DVD in a few seconds later it would say again put a blank DVD in. I rebooted every thing did not help. I delete the Cyberlink software and went to re install it now my computer will not recognize it. I can put a DVD in the burner and it will play it on the computer. I can take DVDS that I have copied and the burner will load them to copy. It will  not install on my computer. I thought  it was my burner so I bought a new one .  It came with Cyberlink media suite 12.  I went to install it and my computer will not recognize it.  It will copy any DVD you want to make a copy of but it keeps asking for a blank DVD to burner to. It will play any DVD on the computer  .I  install Cyberlink media from the computer and it did the very same thing the 2 burners did.  It will  not recognize the soft ware so you can burn. I know it is in the computer some where. I would appreciate any help. Thank you Tom
