Hi there,
I have been using CyberLink Power Media Player to watch and play DVDs, but recently when I play a DVD a pop up appears saying that I need to ugrade my version of CyberLink Power Media Player for a fee of something like £45!! and it won't let me play the DVD whatsoever.
This is rediculous, does anyone know how to get around this? An alternative software or download avaiable, so that I can watch DVDs without having to pay any fees.
Thank you.

Hi:
See if the older W10 version of the Cyberlink PowerDVD player works for you...
If it does, you can uninstall the CyberLink Power Media Player program.
12.0.4.5913 Rev.A (31 Mar 2016)
This package provides the Cyberlink PowerDVD application in supported models that are running a supported operating system.

Hi there,
Thanks for your help - where is it possible to download the older W10 version of the Cyberlink PowerDVD player?
The link you provided doesn't seem to work - could you possibly send it again?
Thank you.

You're very welcome.
Sorry...I didn't know that HP removed the file from their server.
OK...since the file doesn't exist, I am using the same version I posted on a few of my HP desktop and notebook PC's running W10, so I have zipped it up and posted it on my Skydrive folder.
I have shared the link to that folder below.
Download, unzip and run the file labeled sp75514.
