HP 245 G5 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently upgraded my windows using windows 10 upgrade assistant. And to my utter surprise, cyberlink media player became unactivated after it and asked for product key which I never had. I then, uninstalled the software. How can I get the software back?

I thought you had already downloaded that version and it asked for a product key to be entered.

That is why I gave you an older version.

If the one you downloaded from your notebook's support page works, then you are good to go.

I have already downloaded it from " https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-245-g5-notebook-pc/10193246" Will the one I downloaded be working?
