Seriously, this is getting ridiculous.

 

On Monday, I spoke on WhatsApp to an HP rep. Explained the problem with my PC, we tried a couple things, nothing worked. He told me he'd arranage a pick up for Weds. DPD would be in touch to confirm. Weds. comes, no word from DPD. I get back on WhatsApp and another rep tells me oops it's been rescheduled for Thurs. Fine, these things happen. I ask for a reference number, he says he can't give me one but DPD will send an SMS an hour before they come. All day today (as well as yesterday morning), I'm sitting at home waiting for DPD. They never show up.

 

Why use such a lousy delivery company with such a poor record? I've wasted two days now waiting and will probably get told it's Friday now. Then Friday they'll tell me Monday.

 

Come on HP, sort this out.

Ok I'll try that, but the point is I shouldn't have to keep chasing on this. I've already been on whatsapp with HP support three times, and no-one seems to be doing anything about it besides "sending a message to Logistics." Obviously something has gone wrong with the order and someone needs to investigate and resolve it. Just telling me to contact HP support again in a different way isn't really a solution, sorry.
