Product: HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP 15-ay041wm that died (will not power on) several months ago. I recently purchased a HP I7 with an external cd/dvd drive to replace it. The dvd drive does not work with this windows 10 version, but the old one worked fine. Why is that? Is there a way for me to connect the old drive to the new notebook? Also, please advise if the old power cable will work with the new notebook/laptop?
