Looks like I am on a printer site, but I will ask my question anyway. Just got this new HP laptop with tons of storage and yet I am getting "One Drive Full" messages. MY diagnosis shows thar I am using about 1/3 of my storage compacity. I transferred my files from a computer that has less storage and do not have a "One Drive Full" message. I don't understand the purpose of my One Drive. All the files still open OK on my This Drive. The problem came when I transferred over ~ 50 video files. I would like these to be on my new computer, rather than being stored on a thumb drive. Advice?

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
"One Drive" is cloud storage offered by MicroSoft. You can fill your One Drive and yet have lots of room on your laptop.
