I recently noticed on the task bar when going to change the volume under hidden Icons, there is a new Icon called Datto RMM, is this a HP, MS Office or Windows product, and is it safe to leave to leave it there ?
I have no issues with the Laptop at all with regard to its performance.

Hi @cc2410
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
The Datto RMM icon you’re seeing in your taskbar is not part of HP, Microsoft Office, or Windows itself. It comes from Datto Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) — software used by IT service providers or company IT departments to remotely monitor, update, and support computers.
If you didn’t authorize remote management, it’s unusual. It may have been installed, and you should decide whether you want it there.
Take care and have an amazing day!
