Microsoft Windows 11

I am told my One Drive is 108% full and I should upgrade. This is a surprise because I am not aware I have ever used One Drive. How do I delete some or all of these files? I have no idea how to get to them.

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

  1. Go to OneDrive: Open your browser and go to onedrive.live.com, then log in with your Microsoft account.
  2. Find Your Files: Once logged in, look through your files and folders.
  3. Delete Files: Select the files you don’t need and click the Delete button.
  4. Empty Recycle Bin: After deleting, go to the Recycle Bin on the left and click Empty recycle bin to permanently delete them.
  5. Check Storage: Go to Settings and then Storage to see how much space you’ve used and what’s taking up the most space.
  6. Use Desktop App (optional): If you have the OneDrive app on your computer, you can also delete files directly from your computer’s OneDrive folder.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Thank you for your detailed reply. I apologize for wording the question incorrectly. All I needed was how to get to One Drive.  I'm a linux user. I only use Windows for two things. Turbo Tax and my genealogy program. I can't get them to run on linux.

Microsoft OneNote is a Windows-based application designed for free-form information gathering and collaboration in a multi-user environment. It is available in both web (cloud) and desktop versions, making it ideal for collecting notes, drawings, screen clippings, and audio recordings. Users can share notes over the internet or a network with other OneNote users.

However, Microsoft does not offer an official version of OneNote for Linux distributions. You may want to refer to Linux forums and search for alternative note-taking applications that could suit your needs.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue
