I have just upgraded my HP probook 450 G2 with additional SSD drive. Everything seems working quite fine. However, I get notifications every around 5 minutes from HP client security that says "Device access manager has denied access to removable storage". I've already checked settings, for removable devices it's full access for everything. Did I miss something here? How can I get rid of this annoying and noisy notification?

I had exactly the same sceanrio. I purchased a HP Probook and subsequently also purchased an additional SSD. The drive works fine and has been working fine.
After the error started appearing recently, I can still access the drive with no issues.
I downloaded the very latest HP Access manager version today and installe it. However, the issue is still there.
Not sure where to go from here except perhaps call HP support for help.

Same issue a year later. I have an HP Probook with a Toshiba USB pocket drive, full access to the drive, annoying Device Access Manager message every so often that says it's denied. Weird, I get the message every time I open Chrome. Does my Chrome maybe have a virus trying to access my drive? It scans clean.
