The game Tap Tiles has been delisted on the Microsoft store and is only available on the Google store site and I can not download the game because the device is not compatible because it is not listed. I Just bought the Envy 360 to replace my Acer because I cracked the corner screen and makes it difficult to play on. I hope there is a fix. Quiet a surprise and possibly a useless expensive replacement just to play a game, albeit a very great PC.

@Reuvain22, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Since the HP Envy x360 is a Windows laptop, the reason you're seeing the "Device not compatible" message on Google Play is that Google Play is primarily designed for Android devices. However, you can still try the following workarounds to play Tap Tiles on your Envy x360:
1. Install an Android Emulator
Since Tap Tiles is available on Google Play, you can try installing an Android emulator like:
- BlueStacks (Download here)
- LDPlayer (Download here)
- NoxPlayer (Download here)
Once installed, open the emulator, sign in with your Google account, and download Tap Tiles from the Play Store.
2. Try the Microsoft Store Alternative
Since Tap Tiles was delisted from the Microsoft Store, check if you can find an alternative tile-matching game on the Microsoft Store. Some options include:
- Microsoft Mahjong
- Mahjong Deluxe
- Mahjong Solitaire
3. Download the APK and Sideload it
If you can’t install Tap Tiles via Google Play, you might be able to get the APK (Android installation file) from a trusted third-party source like:
- APKMirror (https://www.apkmirror.com/)
- APKPure (https://apkpure.com/)
After downloading the APK, install it inside an Android emulator.
4. Check Microsoft Casual Games Website
Microsoft Casual Games might have another version or an alternative way to play Tap Tiles. Visit:
https://www.microsoftcasualgames.com/
Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
