HP ENVY Notebook - m6-p114dx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just had the hard drive fail in my M6P114DX notebook.  We put in a new one and reinstalled Windows 10 Home 64.

We installed all of the drivers for my notebook that are on the HP support page, but we still see 2 items in device manager that show as unknown devices.  We have searched online for hours and cannot seem to locate what these devices are.

The description of each is as follows...

ACPI\AMD0020\0

ACPI\AMD0020\1

Does anyone know what devices these are and where I can find the required driver at?

I would be so grateful for any help that someone might be able to offer.

Thank you!
