Did not got any installing dvd or anything with laptop

Installing NET Framework 3.5 asking me source/sxs folder  this folder mine laptop dont has in windows folder

laptop came with windows 10 pre installed

even install.esd is not there in windows 

also if windows got virus then from where to install windows 10 geniune copy as we have to format laptop

Hi:

HP hasn't included any installation DVD's with their notebooks in years.

If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, you can, with another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC, using the HP Cloud recovery tool.

If your notebook is not supported by the cloud recovery tool, you can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

To install Net Framework 3.5 on W10...go to the Windows control panel>programs>Turn Windows features on or off>let the list populate, and the first item at the top should be Net Framework 3.5.  Check the box, and Net Framework 3.5 will install.

tried control panel 

then tried downloading different net 3.5 but installiton is not completed also 3.0 net framework not installing

error 0x80070422 and one more error code

4.5 net framework is already installed

and laptop is working only problem is installing 3.5 net framwork which was demanding path to sources/sxs folder

i purchased laptop in 2020

creation tool is running from 10 hours and downloading windows 10 progress is  5 %  after 10 hours
