Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

My laptop is on and it is plugged in but it doesn't show any plugged in symbol on battery and it just uses the battery so how can I disable the battery then it uses the Ac power when it is plugged in?

You can't actually Disable the battery while it is connected.

 

Your comments tend to indicate the charger is not working.
