There is a i but the 163 code does not work

The 34742908 code worked but now it keeps flashing the hp emblem in middle of the screen  and little white circles spinning at bottom then it flashes to another screen that says installing windows and says 64%

I went into system recovery and it said error code 0xc0000225 now what is this.

Power-on and start tapping the ( esc ) key.

 

Run the HDD Diags/Tests  and start a new post here with the result of the tests.
