Here's all you need to know about turning off the gestures: few options.
- From the taskbar, find and right-click the ClickPad icon, or other pointing device icon in the Windows system tray.
- Uncheck Enable Gestures.

All the steps are to be performed systematically and in an order:
Method 1: I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.
a. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
b. Click on Hardware and Sound, select Mouse then right click and select device settings
c. Click on Settings.
From there you can adjust a lot of trackpad settings, including Disable Edge Swipes and check.
Let us now perform some troubleshooting steps. All the steps are to be performed systematically and in an order:
if the settings are not present,
I would suggest you to update the Touchpad driver. Follow the steps below to update the driver:
a. Press Windows key + X together and select Device Manager.
b. Locate the touchpad driver.
c. Right click on the Touchpad driver icon and click on “Update Driver software”.
d. Click on “Search automatically for Updated driver software” option.
If the issue persists or if the settings are not present, I would suggest you to contact phone support.
