Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I find it very interesting how I had this ( almost $1,300)laptop bought for me  and in less than 5 months HP has managed to put something on here that has completely destroyed my computer's ability to do anything and then when I call them they tell me it's a software problem even though they know it's their software problem and they want to charge me to fix it! Not to mention after waiting for over an hour on hold their technician was incredibly rude and very smug about the point that they knew that this was an issue and they knew they should fix it but they still were going to charge me because it was a software issue! So I'm coming to the community asking anybody out there that's not greedy please help me fix this I am disabled incredibly poor and not incredibly computer savvy. First it was the disk running at 100% with nothing going and now it's CPU clocking at 100% with nothing going, it just took me 18 minutes to get task manager to come up!

@Seerads

Please go to Task Manager and sort to see which one is the culprit. The specs of your machine is

It is a above average machine. We need to know what is the culprit, could be a virus

At this point I would love to do anything that would work but the system is finally gone to when it starts up all I get is the HP logo and the working symbol underneath it and then it'll go to a black screen and won't do anything. No it does not have a virus the laptop hasn't been turned on in about 15 days I turned it on today and I had this. I barely even had a chance to use this computer I mean I didn't even have a chance to put Chrome on it before this happened. And there is nothing consuming anywhere near this type of processing power running when I was able to get into windows according to the task manager at most 2.5 megabytes a second writing to the hard disk and that was at its maximum but it yet it was still saying 100% usage and then all of a sudden it's switched over to hundred percent processor usage without it showing anything near that demanding running and I had absolutely no apps open at the time
