Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The question concerns my HP Laptop using Microsoft Windows 11 with a wireless network connection.  While working, my display screen lost all color and is now just black and white.  No error message.  I tried calling HP and they suggested a factory reset!  Has this happened to anyone and is there a fix, or do I take it to the Geek Squad or purchase a new one?  I purchased this laptop fall of 2017.  Is that about the age things start going bad?
