Do i need ven hpic dev 0004 if my hotkeys are already working and do i need ven hpic dev 0003 if i dont use hp hardware detect

am i losing performance by not downloading them?

I don't believe that those devices affect performance, and have nothing to do with the hotkey function, but if you want to install them see the discussion I posted below:
