Hello HP community,
I am trying to connect 2 x external monitors to my HP laptop.
My setup:
Dell WD19 docking station connected to HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 via the USB-C port.
The laptop recognizes the external keyboard and mouse connected to the docking station, but not the monitors. I have also the same issue for other docking stations (Comsol)
However, when I connect a monitor directly via the HMDI port, it works. I have also verified that there are no issues with the docking station itself. The external monitor works well with my other computer through the docking station.
I have downloaded Dell Drivers but it has not fixed this issue.
What could be the issue here? Please help out.

Hi Anand_Andy,
Thanks for your help mate, but unfortunately still no good.
All HP drivers and windows updates are up to date.
The Device Manager has the below error.
And windows have given me the below error
My take is that this is a Windows 11 issue?
Guys running Windows 10 at work have no issue with this.

@kb987654321,
Thank you for your response, make sure all the drivers are up to date on your Windows PC.
If the issue persists then we might have to re-install the operating and then check.
However, you may try to re-install a fresh Operating system using HP Cloud Recovery: HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
NOTE: Please make sure you take a backup of all your data before re-installing the OS.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
