Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I recently bought a HP Omen 15 2021 with r9 5900hx and 3070. So I wondering if mine laptop comes with the advanced optimus and it is missing from the NVidia Control Panel or that it just not offering the tech? Thank you for answering
