HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y5AV)

It does not display the drivers available in the boot menu to install the OS

I've purchased an NVMe ssd of 480 gb and installed it in my pc . The ssd is read by the pc and works as a normal drive but to install the os in the ssd it does not show the drives in the boot menu not even the inbuilt toshiba hdd of 1tb , that has the os already installed .

Im having doubts whether the ssd supports the laptop or not .

Hi:

Please see this discussion for the probable solution to your dilemma.

Solved: Win 10 install not recognizing the NVME - HP Support Community - 8510047

Another thing you can do would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  360L6PA#ACJ

Make sure that the recovery tool installation media gives you the option as to what drive you want to install Windows on, or you should temporarily disconnect the 2.5" drive first before proceeding if it does not.
