So, I bought an HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen, and my device is an HP EliteBook x3601030 G4 Notebook PC, I have a few issues making the pen won't work, I'm not sure which is the cause, here are the issues:
1. The pen doesn't appear on Bluetooth devices (my Bluetooth driver is updated)
2. The HP pen control app won't work, it says "Sorry, HP control is not compatible with this computer"
3. The Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows software will not update from intel
4. I don't know if my laptop supports 2.0 MPP, but on this page: https://www.hp.com/emea_africa-en/products/accessories/product-details/product-specifications/349282...
it specifically says on the pen's compatibility section "HP devices support Windows Ink and Microsoft pen protocol MPP2.0", so I want to know if my device supports 2.0 MPP.
please I wish if I can find a solution, this is the second time I post a comment on the same manner
Thank you in advance, and I will provide any extra information if needed.
