Hi:
Go to the device manager.
Do you see a Security Devices category listed there?
If so, click to expand that category and you should see a TPM 2.0 security device listed there.
If you do not see a security devices category, go into your notebook's BIOS (F10) and see if there is a setting to enable the TPM security device.
It may be set to disabled by default.
If the setting is disabled, change it to enabled, save the setting, exit the BIOS restart the PC and the device should now show up in the device manager.
Also note that W11 requires an Intel 8th gen or newer processor and there are notebooks with 6th and 7th gen core processors that have TPM 2.0 security devices, and they would not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
