Hi, I'm just wondering how do i turn on my keyboard light and if my laptop even has that funtion, my F5 key doesnt have any sticker on it, thats how i came to the conculsion that my laptop might not have this fuction with i think is pretty silly if it doesnt like what laptop doesnt ..... any  way my capslock light lights up if that helps in anyway.

I understand that you are looking to know if your computer's keyboard has a backlight or not. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Are you facing any issues with your computer?

 

For me to be able to check if the computer came with a backlight keyboard or not, I would need to know the exact product number of your computer. 

Please refer to this HP Article in finding the product number of your computer. 

Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

The light on the capslock will light up even without a backlight keyboard.

hey mate after i posted this my laptop crashed and it's at a data recovery place trying to get my stuff back, other then that computer craped itself I'll let you know the information when I get it back 🙂 thanks
