Does my laptop support Overclocking

Hi, umm was just curious, I have an Omen (dh1000ne) and in my omen commander center, Overclocking and macros tabs are not there, Now, are these features not supported in my laptop? also I had installed the omen command centre SDK and nothing happend either, it was the same, the options dint come even after the sdk install, Sooo are these features not supported in my omen or do I have to do something?
