@Nox89

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

Any hardware or software changes made on the computer?

I would suggest here is to Run Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4027322/windows-update-troubleshooter

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

If the issue persists, I would suggest here is to uninstall the display drivers on your PC from device manager.

Right-Click on start button

> click device manager

> expand display adapters

>then select the display drivers that are listed and right-click on it and uninstall the drivers.

Check the box that states delete the software for this device.

Now restart the computer and then update the Bios, Chipset, graphics drivers on your PC either from our HP support website, using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-15-ce000-laptop-pc/15551437/model/171215...

Or download it using HP Support Assistant

Download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467905 to know how to use HP support assistant.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

I carried out all these actions, threw off the windows factory settings, after all the manipulations, I called the HP call-center, where I was told that the manufacturer intended to turn off the Intel HD Graphics for my model, I was a little shocked. Perhaps it can somehow be included?
