Does the Hp Notebook 14 have a backlit keyboard? If So how do you turn it on?

Can you provide the exact model or product number so we can see if it has a backlight. Some will and some will nor. Here is how to find the model number.

Now, if it has a backlight it will turn on by pressing the F5 key where the symbol for the backlight is. If you do not have the symbol on the key, your notebook does not have backlight.backlight symbol
