     Hello everyone's,

I would like to ask you if anyone here had a problem like me:

1.I purchased an HP Envy 15j000ew laptop in 2014 by registering a product key. In 2016, in the first month after losing the warranty, the device burned down, therefore I was in mediamarkt where I bought the device and I got an answer that nothing can be done with the device because the warranty is no longer valid.

So I made the decision to go with the computer to the computer service that installed the new BIOSA because it burned. Everything was great except that the computer slowed down enough and stopped working boot from 2.4-3.2 to 2.5GHZ non-stop.

2.In the third month, several buttons burned, so the keyboard was replaced by a computer service.

3.After a few years of using the computer, I began to wonder why everything goes much slower. Therefore, I started to look for data about the computer in the device. As it turned out I bought HP envy 15 j000ew and now shows me that I have a computer Hp envy 15 j120er, I do not know how it is possible. I noticed as if something was inside the device and intentionally making typos in important documents. 

4. I contacted Microsoft to verify the device, I got feedback that everything is fine with the system and with the digital license, where I remember that the license was registered in the device (product key) and I remember how I registered it, but I did not get information about what data it is registered for.

5. I am writing here to ask if anyone also had such problems with the computer. I started to be interested in this after I noticed that from my g-mail address sometimes only emails are sent and that many emails simply disappear as if they did not exist - mainly important. I wrote to Google about this but I have not received a response to this day (I wrote a few months ago)

6.The worst thing about it all is that Google deleted a large amount of private photos from my phone, from Google Drive and from the Google Photos folder. I was even at the Police in this matter, but the police do not want to help in anything.

Does anyone know what can be done in such a case? In the State Office, I reported the matter about the data, but several months passed and I did not get a response.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are asking for!   You had issues with an 8-year old computer.  Yes, that happens to many of us -- accidents happen, and equipment can fail.  I cannot explain what happened to your files from your phone.  This has nothing to do with HP...  😞
