Product: HP 15-d068ca Touchsmart Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have looked everywhere to download a copy of the f.10 bios and I am having troubles finding support for this. The problem I am experiencing relates to lost Bluetooth functionality (no trace in device manager) which seems to be an issue when resetting a PC. I had experienced this exact problem with an ASUS notebook and the only way I was able to revive Bluetooth in device manager was by replacing the BIOS.
