Hi @DomingoD,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to know how you can correctly download and install the camera and graphics drivers for your Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0x running Windows 11 24H2 (64-bit):
You can go to the official HP support page for your model here: Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0xxx (7N8C9U8) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
To Install the Camera Driver
- On the HP driver page, scroll to “Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices” or “Driver-Original”.
- If no camera driver is listed, it may be managed by Windows Update or automatically installed.
- If your camera still doesn’t show up:
- Open Device Manager.
- Click View > Show hidden devices.
- Look under Imaging Devices, Cameras, or Unknown Devices.
- If found, right-click and choose Update driver → Search automatically.
If the camera is still missing, check your BIOS settings to ensure the camera is enabled
To Install the Graphics Driver
- On the same HP driver page, scroll to “Driver-Graphics”.
- Download the latest Intel or NVIDIA graphics driver (depending on your configuration).
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Restart your laptop after installation.
Alternatively, you can also get the latest graphics drivers directly from:
- Intel Driver & Support Assistant
- NVIDIA GeForce Drivers
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
