@Abhiputulshek :
Windows 10 Fall Creator's Update is a 4.7GB installation disc image (ESD format), which you can download from microsoft site. Download and create a live USB using Rufus and install. This contains most drivers for this laptop. The device manager did not show any unsupported hardware in the list. (I cannot gurantee that every device will work with this!) .You can convert esd to iso and can start installation. OR you can upgrade to Windows 10 FCA from existing Windows 10. If you need to download from mcirosoft site, you must visit the download page from Linux system. Otherwise, media creation tool will get downloaded. (It's pretty complex. The name of the image I downloaded is Win10_1709_EnglishInternational_x64.iso - Search and you will find downloads ).

Hi COE2k14
Congragulations on getting a new replacement-LapTop, from hp & getting Win-10 installed smoothly.
I have a few queries:-
1. What is the BIOS version, your new LapTop one has?
2. Your post related to IME i/f & BIOS issues, is based on what extra info?
a. Any further inputs from hp service center.
b. Only based on the post you quoted from "10P8TRIOT"?
But that is specific "HP ProBook 450 G3".
Is such a BIOS-download page warning (related to MEI), in our model BIOS also?
3. Is "sp82271.exe" (ME), you posted a replacement or update for "sp80465.exe" (earlier Intel- MEI)? Any Idea?
4. Can us pls post the exact name of the Video device as it appears in your Win-10 Device Manager.
EDIT:
Oh I got it now regarding my qn-3:
a) sp82271.exe is the updated firmware for "Intel Mangaement Engine", which goes (burned) into some chip, in the motherboard. This is new & has just appeared yesterday.
b) sp80465.exe is the old "Intel Management Engine" interface software. (This is still latest).
So both are required.
And I assume you were referencing to the need of the new firmware (82271) for BIOS update to work correctly.
Am I correct. Pls comment.

> can you share link of that window update or can you tell how you installed it ?
On my Lenovo laptop, running Windows 10 Professional '1703', the update to '1709' was delivered automatically via Windows Update, after the updates from the 2nd Tuesday of November 2017 were applied.

Hi Bhishmar,
1. The BIOS in this notebook is F.24, as it is new.
2&3. As you've correctly noticed, it is a firmware update for the processor's "spyware os" (IME). I think, that update was provided to fix some holes (security flaws) in the Intel Management Engine. I hope, Google developers and others get succeded in developing a way to bypass IME. So, my theory regarding IME needing an update and BIOS failure is wrong. After reading the post on HP probook, I assumed possibility of IME version may be related to BIOS corruption.
Yes, actually yesterday, I had a talk with the HP service centre guy and he says that BIOS failures are good in number from few weeks, seems like the BIOS firmware used in this model is also shared by a lot of HP-15 models, both 6th and 7th gen intel processor based.
4. Windows 10 FCA during installation may have downloaded correct AMD driver for this model. (I will update the post with the name of the device listed, currently using work pc)

Hi COE2k14
I switched to your (OP) post regarding BIOS update failure, for being more on topic.

Hi Bhishmar and others:
The updated AMD/Intel Switchable graphics driver from HP ftp server continuously getting corrupted. It is a ~630MB file. Alternatively can be downloaded from here: goo. gl/yhEdE4 . HP should check their ftp servers..large files getting corrupted.
By the way, I see that for the pci device hardware id: "pci\ven_1002&dev_6660&rev_83" -of this AMD Radeon 520 Card, there are more updated drivers avaiable in Windows 10 update channel. The latest version (2 files) listed in the below site:
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=pci\ven_1002%26dev_6660%26rev_83
^^ The AMD driver version is 22.19.677.257 newer than the driver provided from HP. I don't know for sure, if these cab files can be usable with Windows 10.

I downloaded it, via:
The download started at around 3 Mbits/second, for about the first half of it, and then the download speed reached 18 Mbits/second (more than the speed that I am paying my ISP to obtain).
No problem at all.

The driver file was getting corrupted. First it was a 20MB download, later corrupted and terminated at 570MB or so. It is a problem with HP ftp server. If you are lucky can get the file without any problem. I verified with matching md5sum hash. May be the problem got manually fixed. Soon, it will re-appear. This is my experience downloading drivers from HP's server.

> It is a problem with HP FTP server.
How so?
Can you take a laptop to some food-court that offers "free WiFi", and download while having a meal?
Their Internet "path" to the FTP-server could be quite different than into your home.
If it is successful, then the problem is NOT with HP's server.
One vote cannot impeach #POTUS, no matter how much you wish that it could.
I vote that the FTP-server is "good", and you vote that the FTP-server is "bad".
More independent evidence is needed, before drawing a conclusion.

My laptop had also got bricked due to that corrupted bios firware update. They changed the motherboard and now I'm on F24 version of bios.
There's a new bios update on HP site i.e. F32(sp83975) released on 29 november 2017.
I wanna know ,Is it okay to update it????
