Product: HP Notebook - 15t-da000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my laptop (specs provided below) fails to successfully update the latest security updates from Windows 11.  The error I get is 

"2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035853)

Download error - 0x80248014"

Note that the BIOS is updated. 

 

Specs:

  1. Product name : HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
  2. Product number : 3FR23AV
  3. Motherboard ID : 84A6
  4. BIOS : F.43-11/16/2022

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
