Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to download Photo Creations from 

http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/photo-creations-ics.html

 

I get "This site can't be reached "  Does anyone else have this problem?  Where can I download Photo Creations?

   HP Photo Creations program has retired since November 30, 2019. The software no longer runs after that date.
