Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2P5F4AV)

I have windows 11 on this laptop and it wont allow me to download games that are not Microsoft.

How do I fix this problem?

Hi:

 

If you are having a problem like that, it sounds to me like you have a PC that came with W11 in S-mode.

 

W11 in S-mode only allows users to install software that is available from the Microsoft Store.

 

If that is what you have, see this link for how to switch out of S-mode so you can install programs not limited to the Microsoft Store.
