Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A6AV)

I have a Canon Pixma printer/scanner and my laptop says that I need to download a WIA driver for this device. How do I do this

HP Recommended

That WIA driver is built into many, but not all, printer drivers.  It allows an application like Word or Adobe to scan directly into the document.

 

Contact Canon to obtain a WIA compatible driver.

 

If Canon does not support WIA you will have to scan using the Canon app and then paste the result into the document.
