Hi..I have just bought an HP Pavilion laptop in preference to an AppleMacPro, on the advice from PC World that I could successfully download my videos from my IPhone7 or memorystick with previous IPhone videos to my new HP laptop, in preference to an Apple laptop, which obviously would have been easier. But it is not downloading all the videos. Today a pop-up advised that my videos were not compatible with One Drive and wanted to charge me 0.79p for a code to open just one video.
Could anyone offer any advice as to why I can't download my videos, or what I could possibly do to resolve this. You may have guessed I am not very technically minded and I have just spent £800 on a laptop to download specific videos of my horse, who I have just lost, so being able to view these is very important to me. At the moment, I am thinking Ishould have gone for the AppleMac and made life easier for myself....
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
