I'm trying to download the zoom app because when I join from browser I'm not able to see everyone in my meeting at the same time, I dont even get the option. However, when I go to download it, it says i have to switch to S mode. I dont think I want to do that so is there any other way to achieve this?

Hello @ReneeBC

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

  • Could you elaborate ?

When you ask about switching to S Mode, what are you referring to? Developer Mode?

You have answered that you use Chromebook. Google Chromebooks come with Chrome operating system (this is not Windows). I don't believe it has an S Mode. Zoom also does not support Chrome OS.

Windows 10 has S Mode which once disabled cannot be turned back on without reinstalling the OS.  If you talk about disabling S mode, I would do it anyways. Windows in S mode is not very useful, in my opinion.

Looking forward to your update
