Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

Had issues with Cox email address, and their tech people removed my anti virus McAfee trying to solve the problem, but I feel they messed something else up. Now when trying to re-install, no downloads will complete. Even when contacting tech support, i can not download Rescue 123 for McAfee to logon to my PC and help. They said to contact HP and solve the problem with Windows since their download shouldn't take this long.  I tried to update drivers on the HP site, and they dont seem to be updating either. Please help!
