Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Dragonfly Pro One - Windows 11.  For the combination Arrow / Home / End / Page Up / Page Down keys, it is maddening to have to keep hitting the function key all the time, when there are those three useless (4 really) keys on the right of the keyboard.  Is there any way at all to repurpose all 4 of those switches to be Page Up / Page Down / Home / End ? It makes no sense at all.  Then, with the inability to limit the battery charge level to 80%.  And if you check the battery part number, HP doesn't carry it / at least not presently.  Just got this laptop.  It is so close to being GREAT.  But don't think I can keep it, cause it's so unhelpful what was done to it when I need those keys for useful purposes.
